How do I create my first digital menu?

How do customers place orders?
Customers simply scan the QR code on their table with their smartphone camera. This opens your digital menu where they can:
- Browse your menu items
- Add items to their cart
- Place their order
- Pay securely online
Account Management
How do I update my restaurant information?
Log into your Restflow dashboard and go to "Restaurant Settings" to update:
- Restaurant name and address
- Contact information
- Operating hours
- Payment methods
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Go to "Billing" in your dashboard
- Select "Change Plan"
- Choose your new plan
- Changes take effect immediately
Menu Management
How do I add new menu items?
Step 1: Go to "Menu Management" in your dashboard
Step 2: Click "Add New Item"
Step 3: Enter item name, description, and price
Step 4: Upload a high-quality image
Step 5: Set availability and save
How do I update prices or mark items as unavailable?
In your menu management section:
- Click on any menu item to edit it
- Update the price in the price field
- Toggle the "Available" switch to hide items temporarily
- Changes are reflected immediately on customer menus
Orders and Payments
How do I receive and manage orders?
Orders appear in real-time in your dashboard:
- New orders show up in the "Orders" section
- You can mark orders as "Preparing," "Ready," or "Completed"
- Customers receive notifications about order status
- All orders are saved in your order history
What payment methods do you support?
We support multiple payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Mobile money (MTN, Orange Money)
- Bank transfers
- Cash payments (marked as paid manually)
Technical Support
What if customers can't scan the QR code?
If customers have trouble scanning:
- Ensure the QR code is clearly visible and not damaged
- Check that the code is large enough (minimum 2x2 inches)
- Provide the direct link as a backup
- Contact support if the issue persists
How do I get my QR codes?
QR codes are automatically generated for your restaurant:
- Go to "QR Codes" in your dashboard
- Download high-resolution versions
- Print and place on tables
- Each table can have a unique code for order tracking
Analytics and Reports
What analytics are available?
Your dashboard provides insights on:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales
- Most popular menu items
- Peak ordering times
- Customer behavior patterns
- Revenue trends
Billing and Pricing
What are your pricing plans?
We offer flexible pricing options:
- Starter Pack: 12,000 XAF/month - Basic features

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to "Billing" in your dashboard
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your service will continue until the end of the billing period
- You can reactivate anytime
